More than New York Oncology Hematology's patient portal, Navigating Care is the digital care companion that helps you to stay connected to your care team and manage your health during your treatment journey. Access your health records, view lab results, organize your care, message your care team, and much more.

New to Navigating Care? The Navigating Care patient portal is available through an invitation from your clinic. To ensure your account is linked with your clinic, sign up using the registration link in the Welcome email. it usually arrives within 48 hours of your clinic adding your email to their system. If you're having trouble locating the email, check your spam or junk mail folder, or search for info@navigatingcare.com.

New York Oncology Hematology (NYOH) is the leading provider of community-based cancer care and blood disorder services. With six cancer centers in Albany, Amsterdam, Clifton Park, Hudson and Troy and a women’s imaging center in Albany, NYOH has become a regional leader, offering a comprehensive range of services that shape the future of cancer care.

Over three decades ago, NYOH pioneered community-based oncology care as the region’s first practice outside of a hospital setting.

Today, we proudly lead with the region’s largest clinical research and drug trial program; we’re the only locally practicing stem cell transplant and CAR-T/Biospecific therapy program and the only group offering sub-specialization and exclusive neuro-oncology care. Our commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology ensures we remain at the forefront of cancer treatment and care.

Our medical staff includes 35 board-certified physicians specializing in the care of patients with cancer (medical oncology and radiation oncology) and blood-related disorders (hematology). With a patient care team of more than 350 oncology-certified nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technologists, radiation therapists and support personnel, we provide the personal level of care our patients need during treatment.

Navigating Care is an easy-to-navigate, secure web portal that provides access to your clinical information. You can view upcoming appointments, medication lists, test results, and clinical notes at your convenience. You can also review, save, and print your health information and share your records with your family and caregivers. Using Navigating Care, you can send a message to your care team, and we will respond in a timely manner.

Check the email address you provided during registration for a portal email with a registration link embedded, or use the temporary login credentials provided by your clinic. With your portal account credentials, sign in in the upper right corner.
